NYC '09 Itinerary

Why New York City? There are a lot of reasons. I've never really visited the place, despite reading an awful lot about it, and seeing it on numerous sitcoms, as well as Top Chef, episodes of travel shows, etc. There is a ton of interesting thigns to see and do (and eat!!), and it's awfully easy to plan a domestic vacation. In fact, it's so easy that I've been doing a lot of procrastinating. I plan to keep a running blog during the trip, just as I have in the past.

One nice thing about it is that I can afford to be much less strict in the Itinerary. If an interesting NYC groupon offer gets emailed to me, not only can I recieve it instantly on my fully-functioning phone, I can easily choose to go do that later in the week. I can also just wake up randomly in the morning and decide to find something unique to go and do via yelp. In other words, I can use all the same tools I use in Chicago in New York. This itinerary isn't inclusive of everything I'm going to hit-- but it is the things I'm doing for sure.
